  I have done business w/ all the Pawnshops in this town for years for Pawning and buying. I am a auto mechanic and was laid off and fell on Some Black days in life and had to Pawn Some of my tools and I have 3 different Pawns w/ matt and unfortunatley I was laid off in the winter where not many shops hire and I was down to being Broke and couldn't afford to pay the intrest on none of the loans I Called matt and explained my situation and he gave me some time to Come Pay the interest and this was a month past the 30 day grace Period. one of my Item I have Pawned is very expensive and working on cars and getting paid on Flat Rate time Can Be my worst enemy and this Item Is how I make alot of my Pay Check and matt knows this and how important this tool is to me and when I Couldn't come up w/the interest 3 months past my grace period I gave up and chalked it up as a HUGH Lost and out of Nowhere I get a call from Matt asking if I Still wanted those Items. I know this review is supper long but I can't emphasize enough on how wonderful matt is. I highly recommend this Pawn shop not only for getting a Loan but i've Bought stuff from There as well and Never had any issues whatsoever.

  I have been in at least once a week for the last year and I could not be happier with this place! The staff is amazing, the selection is always awesome and their loans are no hassle and fairly priced. 100% recommend this place to everyone!💜🖤🦄😊

  Mat did a wonderful job. Him and one other guy can't remember his name but they both hook it up when we buy stuff!! We love this pawn shop. Never the need to go any where else!! Thanks guys!!

  I always get top-notch customer service from this shop. They've got Good inventory consistently and give really amiable pricing. Out of all the shops in town this one remains my favorite.

  Well I'm a collector of silver coins as a hobbie I go around to to pawnshops and look at there silver coins and buy them on the spot if I like them with cash or card.well I entered city national pawnshop Wednesday evening I headed straight over to the showcase with the coins in it "at point noone was around to show me the coins" so I went up to the counter and got the attention of one of the female clerks and said there are some coins I'd like to look at so she got the keys and we went to the showcase and as I'm looking there was a coin from pawn stars of the oldman and as I'm looking at it to buy it.the manager of the store of the store comes up from behind the clerk and grabs the coin out of her hand and says I'm going to sale it to this guy!!!#$@ it's sold!! Like I'm some scumbag off the street 😠 if this is the was you treat paying customers? I will no longer be a customer at this location.this is sad and very unprofessional.i will be telling my friends no to come to this location.this is in need of a better manager

  This is one of those places where you can enjoy going to and browsing. There is no pressure to purchase or pawn and if you have a question, there is alway an answer if you ask. I've really enjoyed my experiences there. The staff is knowledgable and down to earth - great folks to get to know.
