  I love First National - sorry to have left Fort Collins where the model of banking is based! Now I am in Las Cruces NM, and the banks here seem to have antiquated on line banking systems.

  I setup automatic payments and it wasn't working on FNBOs side and the banker confirmed this. They lowered my credit limit 90% and wouldn't help me.

  I was in the bank on College Avenue in FoCo this week. Everyone was super friendly and the teller (Andy, I think), was very helpful. I couldn’t help but notice that the guys had on long sleeved shirts while the gals had on short sleeve shirts, skirts and/or summery dresses. It seems very unfair that the guys have to wear long sleeve shirts in the 80-90 degree weather and the ladies are allowed to be comfortable in this heat. Shouldn’t the guys be allowed to be comfortable too by wearing dress shirts with short sleeves? Keep the ties, they are nice, but keep it fair for the men.

  Andrew was a huge help and went above and beyond for me when another bank didn't communicate a payroll check. Changed my mind entirely about changing bank companies.

  I love First National Bank. Especially on North College. They really do have a good team! I was in such appreciation when Andrew as well as Kiya (I cant remember her name) really took time the to help me out with a personal situation.

  Been there 20+ years so I like them because there is an atm or 1st national everywhere. But they don't give me any overdraft protection and I am a care giver so don't have much but I haven't allowed any overdrafts but two years ago I messed up my math and they had me owing so much. No benefits for being an otherwise loyal customer

  I love the fact they are open till 6 and Amy was a great help to me when I moved to the bank and opened several accounts. Super happy I made the switch
