  Lauren is amazing. If you email her, you ALWAYS get a response within the hour. She does all the work for you. We changed things around on her last minute and she had no problem with it, got us the numbers we were looking for that night! She collaborated with everyone for us. She treated us like royalty, and made us feel so protected during the process. Couldn't recommend her more. 5 stars. Lauren is the best.

  We just refinanced with Matt W. as our broker at Excel. We got great terms for our loan and Matt's communication and responsiveness were outstanding. From the beginning he was transparent and held himself and his team to a high standard. If I have any future mortgage lending needs I'll be calling Matt at Excel without hesitation.

  If you want to purchase a home in Northern Colorado, look no further than these guys! I was a first time buyer and had some experience dealing with multiple lenders and loan officers, some of whom barely gave me the time of day. Doug Davidson, the loan officer and broker assigned to me by Excel Financial, provided service that was far above and beyond what I had expected. He picked a lender with a great rate and reasonable fees and was almost always available to answer my questions. He also provided me a ton of financial advice when we were deciding on the rate points and terms and made sure we were able to close quickly. Highly recommended.

  Lauren Juhl is all over her social media regarding her career, which initially made me comfortable reaching out. I had been dragging my feet in the process of buying my house, but she swept me up and gently shoved me through everything (I use those words because I needed that to happen). She was always super responsive, super helpful, and never made me feel bad about my dumb questions or concerns. Would highly recommend as she streamlined everything and I think we closed very quickly. Shoutout to Rhonda for all the help as well!

  Working with Wes Daniels was great in the purchase of our second home/ investment property. He was always on top of everything from explaining anything from interest rates, buying points, unwarrantable condos, recommendations of home inspectors, and different types of loan options. His availability was superb. He was so on top of everything he impressed the heck out of our realtor. He then passed me on to Bridget Pasquinzo who helped out at the end with all of the financials. What a team!!!!! I would highly recommend these professional mortgage brokers. They made our transaction so easy and less stressful.
