  First Cash, Second Rate!!! The only thing the are taking at this shop is customers time. Felt like i was being low balled in a hoarders pile of a left-overs. This place is more of a joke with the new name than it was with the old name. Offered me 15$ for a brand new 100 dollar item. So I went down the street to the winning competition where I did business and left with 20 more dollars than offered by first cash. They have no selection here. Probably due to lack of customers willing to give in to their pathetic offerings. pricing whatever they do have as if it were brand new in box. It'll all come out in the wash! Until then support your better pawn shops in town

  Horrible customer service from the exact same employee as before. I don't know if the young boy up front doesn't do anything but he needs severe training in respect and customer care. As a Colorado Native stay away from this place.

  I wouldn't even give it one star but I have to most of the staff is great but that little wannabe boy who is a girl does nothing but play on her DS game system instead of working needs to be fired she is all around bad attitude bad personality say hi to her she just stares at you customer service is definitely something you need to work on I will never go there again because of that female that wants to call herself a boy nice to know we pay people a $15 hour just to sit there and play video games great job pawn shop great job ps warning is the merchandise you are trying to pawn / sell cannot be found on eBay they will not take it I have brought in a $150 drone because nobody bought or put it up on eBay they wanted to give me $10 for it total rip off

  Wow this place is an embarrassment to Fort Collins. The place is lifeless all thanks to the people that work there. They will all be huddled up together gossiping about their friends and family and have no care about attending to customers. They will basically yell about who was the most drunk the night before and be straight up annoying. They will make fun of you and insult you as you are walking into the store, and then greet you when you walking in with a half baked smile. Absolutely horrible work ethic and unprofessional people. Save the time, and just go to City national pawn a couple blocks down the road. I

  bought some dvd's and games from them. when i got home, one wouldn't play on my console, and the dvd was unplayable due to disc damage. went back today and they were quick to exchange them. no muss, no fuss. this place will continue to get my business.

  "I can't wait to stop into this business, today!" Is not something most folks say ot loud over lunch about... a Pawn Shop. - Or at least; I used to think so before meeting Katelyn, Manager at Mister Money on N. College. I was down in the dumps. I didn't have much to sell - and needed the money. And I felt like the guy who shows up to a big, busy gas station and makes everyone wait for the poor cashier to count up 214 pennies I brought to pay for my coffee. *Not only did Katelyn immediately make me feel like a valuable part OF HER DAY (and the exact opposite of a nuisance)... **... She made me feel like an equal (as she counted out and priced over 400 cards for me! ) ....and most importantly - made me feel human, and hopeful... even amidst one of the most challenging times of my life. Go see Mister Money and give Katelyn a high five. She works hard and still makes you feel human. A win-win, no question.

  Service is excellent. Don't know how they would only have 3 stars other than folks who cant afford their pawns maybe harboring ill will. Even if I've bought a defunct item they will replace with a like item at a like price. They have helped me multiple times when in a tough spot and as a consumer.

  I have had bad experiences trying to pawn or sell stuff here in the past. They just seem to offer laughable prices even for a pawn shop. However the trade-off is I seem to be able to buy things here cheaper than any other pawn shop.

  They used to be a good place to go...but not anymore. I had brought a brand new bike and they complained that i needed proof of purchase because it was to new...and now that i have brought a older bike in they wont take it cause its not brand new. They need to get their priorities straight...they make no sense!!!

  Casey (sp?) was awesome! Took care of us and cut us a great deal. Will be doing business again in the near future. Some Martin Logan's up there I have my eye on. Thanks again for the great service!
