  Margarita and the rest of the team at Citywide made my experience absolutely amazing. This was my first home purchase, and I'm a very organized and meticulous person by nature, so I had a lot of questions throughout the process. I felt confident during the entire process because Margarita and the rest of her team made sure that I was aware of everything that was happening. I really appreciated the transparency and ability to feel like no question was too basic or silly. Buying a home can be a scary and intense process but with the team at Citywide, I was an informed and confident buyer. Would definitely recommend this company (and already have to several friends!)

  I recently went through a 3rd process with Team Gavin, this time to refinance. As with the previous processes everything went smoothly. I worked with TJ and Nessa primarily and both were very responsive and easy to get along with. At no time did I feel any pressure and any questions that I had along the way were answered in timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Team Gavin and Citywide to anyone for their mortgage needs.

  Communication at first was a little slow and as a first time home buyer I grew slightly frustrated with the process however after reaching out to Gavin and his team and voicing my concerns we were able to get on the right path to a loan. They bent over backwards to make sure that I received the best rate and my fiancee and I couldn't have been happier with the result. In the Colorado housing market every penny counts and they made sure to set us up for years to come. If you're in the Colorado market do not hesitate to give them a call because I can assure you they will do everything in their power to earn your business.

  Natalie Lawson from Team Gavin is a true professional. She made our home buying process simple and easy, even with Covid restrictions. Any time we hit a snag she had a solution within hours. If you are a veteran or first time home buyer you would be extremely blessed to have Natalie in your corner.   I never knew how big of a difference a good lender could make until I was referred to Sam McMullen and Gavin’s team at Cross Country Mortgage. The communication and follow up throughout was excellent, but I was even more impressed with their availability. I expected to leave messages at times, but they always answered the phone or responded to emails in a timely fashion - no matter if it was day or night. They even answered my call over a holiday weekend!! I felt bad for the buyers on the other side of the closing table who experienced multiple delays and excuses from their mortgage company. I had a vastly different experience with Cross Country and I can’t thank them enough for making the process as simple and as painless as possible. Sam and Nessa understand what it takes to provide quality customer service. Thank you!
