  Tim and his Team recently did our refinancing. They were extremely professional and timely in the whole process from start to finish, and provided "good value" for the costs to refinance (he saved us hundreds of dollars each month on our mortgage cost).   Everything went smooth until the end. The numbers Tim gave us did not line up at closing and he was very rude. Be careful doing business with this company and I recommend satying away from Tim at Cross Country Mortgage. Its not worth the stress he and his team will cause you.

  Tim and the team at CrossCountry Mortgage are great! They have helped with 2 of my mortgages and a refi and each time they helped me line out my finances and develop a plan to get the best rate and the lowest out of pocket that works for my scenario. This last time, we actually waited 3 months in order to get in the right position to refinance our home. With low rates all the rage right now, I appreciate the time and care that went into getting my family into a better monthly cost position. Also, pre-COVID, Tim did a lot of great outreach for families and kids specific to his clients which I really appreciated. Looking forward to more of those events in the future.
