  I just wanted to brag on Brett Baird and Melanie Atay for a minute. Melanie is the best ever she was with me every step of the way, with this being my first time buying a home I was nervous an in panic mode.   FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Brett and his team (Ericka & Lauren) have been amazing from the beginning of the process and throughout. I never imagined that purchasing a house would have been such a smooth and pleasant experience. I've heard of horror stories from people dealing with other lenders. Ericka & Lauren were wonderful, very caring and personable. They were all very professional, each of them made me feel comfortable, educated and totally prepared for my closing.   Brett Baird and his team did an exceptional job in getting my loan closed. The mortgage process was easy and I received a great interest rate. I was updated throughout the process.   Brett is an excellent bilingual (Spanish and Elnglish) lender that truly cares about his clients and their experience. He is a joy to work with because of his great energy and sense of humor. And it doesn't hurt that he's involved in his community and loves to give. He's just a genuinely good guy. If you are buying or refinancing a home, Brett will take wonderful care of you!
