  I worked with Trenton Gustafson on a refinance cash out he is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions in a way that is every easy to follow he has been patient and not pushy at all my experience with EnTrust has been pleasant and I definitely recommend them for all of your refinance needs.

  Received a letter in the mail from En Trust saying they could lower my my current rate by 1% and lower my monthly payment by $400 a month. Seemed too good to be true but I saw they had some good reviews so I let them run my credit to see what they could do for me. Their computer system was down so it took a while for them to get back to me, but when they did the offer they had didn’t even come close to the letter I received. They basically said they could refi my house and take cash out on the equity to pay off some debt. The closing costs would be $8000 and my payment would go up by over $100 a month. They couldn’t even offer a better interest rate. I work hard on keeping a good credit score and I would not have let them look into my credit if they had not made an offer that they could not get close to. Lesson learned.

  It was a fast and simple process of refinancing our home loan! Karijka Van Poolen was so patient and helpful! I so appreciate being able to handle this process online, and she did all the work! I would recommend this company to anyone. No sales gimmicks given, she was honest about all options, given our credit scores were not the best they could be. I so appreciated that.
