  We have a check from our insurance company to get our home resided and it needs to be endorsed by Cross Country Mortgage. I have called numerous time and have left several messages requesting a call back and of course, I have YET to get a call back. Is it really too much to have a secretary or someone to respond in a timely manner????? I would love to hear back from someone who can at least point me in the right direction so that our contractor can get the work needed started.

  Horrible experience with Jordan. She was rude, ignorant, and disrespectful in many ways. She stepped in on a conversation that she was not originally apart of, refused to let me talk to her manager and then told me she was doing me a “curtesy” by talking to me, when she should be talking to “the one in charge” (meaning my fiancé). Meanwhile my fiancé was on the call with me. She was degrading and super unprofessional. Because of her, we ended up switching our lender and not giving this company our services. The company as a whole was super frustrating. We dealt with many employees, who made many promises to us, but when it came down to upholding those promises, they were unable to do so. Horrible company, and horrible customer service. Go literally anywhere but here.

  About Eric! Eric recently helped me close on a home in the competitive Denver market. Eric successfully advocated for me with the seller. Excellent communication throughout the home buying process.   Jeff & his team were super helpful for our first home purchase. They made themselves available throughout the weekend & always answered our calls right away. Would recommend to any first time home buyers! He took some to answer all of our questions during meetings & educated us, patiently guiding us through the process.

  We have had the greatest experience with CrossCountry Mortgage. We used them when we purchased our home and then have used them again for a refinance. Their process for both the purchase and refi were simple and painless. Their portal is easy to navigate and makes it easy to make payments online. I would highly recommend CrossCountry Mortgage for any lending needs and have referred friends to them.

  After our first lender strung us along we were recommended to call CrossCountry Mortgage with Jeffery Aronheim. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Jeffery and Ragan were both wonderful to work with and diligently walked us through the entire process start to finish. Both were extremely responsive to calls, emails, and texts. This is very important due to the speed that the Denver housing market is moving at these days. I would highly recommend this Mortgage company to anyone beginning this process of finding a lender.

  REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE, Paid my mortgage to them in right time then they charge me again for SECOND TIME after 3 days.. good thing we are checking our account while on vacation, and find out that this company charge me again for the second time. VERY unacceptable, and customer service said they will send my money back as soon as I send the requirements they need. Its been 4 days now, I still don't have my money. A day of my vacation was wasted dealing with this last week instead of spending time with my family. I also have scheduled payment that was affected by this company that took unauthorized money out of my account. Today, I checked my account still no refund money. and the last customer service I talked today wasn't very helpful and she is getting upset the way she talked to me. I am a customer and a victim on this case but that's not how they help me. hoping that this thing will not happen to other people.
