  We recently closed an agency refinance on a unique multifamily apartment building with Doug at Crefcoa. This would not have been possible without Doug's expertise, attention to detail, reliable communication, persistence and overall professionalism. Doug was there from the beginning to discuss loan options, getting the best rates, and strategy for achieving my business goals and getting the deal done. While our deal was likely at the low end relative to the size of deals Crefcoa usually does, I always felt like Doug was giving me his full attention and time. In my prior dealings with other brokers and lenders, the process was not nearly as smooth or productive as working with Crefcoa. I would recommend this business and I look forward to working with Doug again on the next deal.

  I am a multi family investor from CA. I have a portfolio of 10 commercial properties, all acquired by other finance companies.
