  The employee was incompetent enough to put an extra zero on the withdrawal slip when I withdrew a cashiers check. Now my account balance is negative 74,000. They can't be bothered to answer the phone to address my concerns about their mistake.

  Customer service is lacking because they are understaffed and have snooty attitudes. Manager is unapologetic for a 30 minute wait to cash a computer generated payroll check. I am happy I no longer bank with this overgrown conglomerate which no longer puts any effort towards customer satisfaction.

  Disclaimer: I'm reviewing the location, not BofA as a company. This is a quiet, elegant location in which to do one's banking. Service is top shelf. Teller line is fast and well organized. Frequently a member of management is working the line, looking for non cash transactions they can assist with. Parking is free in their garage, get your ticket validated by the teller. If you want to feel like a grown up, serious banking customer: stop in here.

  The outside atm only works at certain hours. Bank open only 9 to 4 not 9 to 5, then most days there is only one clerk instead if at least 2. So please tell me how am I suppose to leave a great review???

  Worst bank ever i have been left stranded twice with no money over a hundred mile from home an family. Sent to customer assist ATM just be told its broken after driving hours to reach. Had cards turned off for going out of county. Made countless an pointless request to get a manager . THE WOREST BANK EVER

  BOA in 2011 refused my mortgage payment. Their criminal activity forced me into default & bankruptcy. A federal judge ordered a modification. I've been paying on time for three years, never late. My credit reports show my mortgage in bad standing.

  The customer service is horrendous, there are only two tellers two customer service reps and one manager. Nobody gave me the help I needed and they didn't even look at my account or my situation. I would never recommend anyone going to this branch.....Stay away.

  Worst boa ever only 1 cashier and 1 help person if there is more then 3 people you could be waiting over a hour just to cash a check.

  I'm sitting here watching 2 of the bank people Have idle chit chat while I wait , there is nobody in this bank at all I'm about to walk out and go to a different branch

  Its in downtown. But it has a ATM on the outside.
