  Wonderful experience - I went in to look at diamond pendants and not only found an absolutely stunning one including the chain, but the price was so reasonable I was able to get a gorgeous garnet ring, too. All gold. Very knowledgeable and courteous, plus made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

  I stopped in there from a vacation in St Augustine, Fl. several years ago. We were looking for my 1st nice watch to start off my collection. However, the attitude that I got from them was off the chain. I did not post anything just thinking that it may have been a 1 time thing, however I just have seen that they do this all the time. I felt as if I had to share my story. The funny thing was when they saw what kind of car we had then they started being nicer. At that point little to late. To me I figured they were book cover readers not treat every customer with respect kind of folks. I am glad I did not spend my money there. I have a jeweler that I like to deal with in Atlanta now and they have WAY better selection.

  Wow! I wanted to visit Fox Jewelry, just to see what selection they had. It's been many years since I visited the store. However, I've never seen so many "negative reviews", in my life!! Apparently, Fox Jewelry is not reading or learning from these reviews.

  The video that I watched was enough for me to see how they are. Yes the man was professional, however he did not try to intervene when one of his employees used a racial slur, and last time I checked when you have a customer who entrusted you with their item for you to fix, the best resolution is to pay her back when a mistake was made on your end. I don't believe the staff at that jewelry place are honest.

  I watched the Facebook video: Allowing your staff to yell and say racial slurs to a customer who is not belligerent when she could very well be due to you loosing her jewelry is not only unprofessional, it shows how weak the owner of this business is and he probably uses the same language Especially since he didn’t act phased by any of it. “Trying to offer her a replacement with your cheap jewelry”. People don’t realize the sentimental value of your items. Idiots!

  I wanted to check out this jewelry store today, but all the negative reviews I read is more than a heads up for me! Needless to say... I won't be going to Fox Jewelry!! Smh...

  They have awful customer service and they “lost / stole” property. Making a mistake is one thing yet to add insult to injury by bad behavior and lack of empathy is not excusable. I would not trust the value or quality of any products that this company sells. One would be doing bad business to do business with a company that operates like this. There is even videos of one incident in particular.
