  Vystar’s online banking, bill pay, transfers have been down for more than 10 days. This has happened before a few years back. If you want a reliable bank this may not be the bank for you.

  I've had plenty of issues with Vystar: Rude workers, broken ATMs, and garbage loan rates. Most recently, they've left their customers without online banking for an extended period of time. Get it together, Vystar. Your ineptitude is effecting thousands of people.

  I am a local business entrepreneur in Jacksonville. I totally enjoy coming the the Vy Star downtown office because the relationship specialist Yasmine Walthour. She has done a fabulous job, very sufficient and processional. Highly recommended!

  Wish I could give zero stars. The mobile app hasn't worked in over a month, the website sometimes works with limited functionality. And now direct deposits aren't showing up. Moving my assets elsewhere.

  Banking with VyStar for 4 years now . And this mobile banking and online banking is just unbelievable on the amount of stress it has caused me doing transfers and moving money around . I cannot believe a bank that has millions of dollars of peoples money are having such an issue such as this . This is unbelievable and nobody should ever have to go through this nonsense . I’m leaving VyStar and going elsewhere
