  Had a wonderful experience with Mrs. Aldijana Heljo. Called in like I’ve been doing for years to pay my credit card balance and in one conversation with Mrs. Aldijana Heljo she presented and educated me on some options I never knew I had. I am grateful that she picked up the phone and if I could I’d only speak with her moving forward regarding anything with VyStar! Thanks again Mrs. Aldijana Heljo! You encapsulate what all customers are looking for from your professionalism to how you present all options I have as a member. Knowledge is power and I’m grateful for you!

  Christian Testa So I walked in the bank with the intention to just get two new debit cards. And I walked out knowing the difference between a Roth IRA vs Traditional IRA, what CD are actually for and I opened a Money Market account and he scheduled me a meeting an with an investment specialist. All of this information gave me a new spark on what I want my life to look like in 10 years. At a certain point I felt like I was holding Christian hostage with my repetitive questions lol But he was very patient even when somone came in with a paper for him to get to or read. Whether it was urgent or not he made it seem like our business and my question were the only things important at that moment. Also If he didn’t know something he told me he didn’t know it (which is great!) and went and got the answer for me rather than pretended like he knew. He never sounded unsure because he always doubled back and checked over his responses. He is definitely the prototype of what I would expect customer service to be like. And yes… I still got what I came in there for as well.
