  Ann is #1!!!! I have never worked with a loan company so welcoming and understanding. I was so nervous to ask for what I needed and Ann was so great to talk with. She really helped to guide me through a very stressful car accident. I am so thankful for her kindness and motivation to support and listen. I really recommend working with credit concepts especially if you have worked with loan companies that are bullies and don't take the time to be there and help like Ann did for me! She made sure I was taken of!

  The staff is rude and unhelpful, they Nicole and dime you at every turn, fee for this, fee for that. They DO NOT work with people they give you astronomical interest rates with NO option to refinance AT ALL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will take you for all your worth and squeeze everything they can out of you. Go to a Credit union for a loan not these awful con artists.

  Well it's only been 2 months and I only had car for 2 weeks then was wrecked and my insurance company paid off,UNFORTUNATELY 🙃 something Everyone should know that They (Credit concepts) Just say ANY AMOUNT TO INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY PAY IN FULL!! FORGET ABOUT THE CONTRACT..THAT SAYS DIFFERENT AMOUNT..THAT IS INSURANCE FRAUD ETC..NOW I HAVE TO GET ATTORNEY JUST TO GET WHATS OWED..WHY IS THIS OK THAT INSURANCE COMPANYS DOESN'T REQUIRE ANY SUCH DOCUMENTS TO PROVE WHATS REALLY OWED..OH WELL GUESS WE WILL DO AUDIT AND SEE HOW MANY OTHERS 😉 THEY CALL THIS CLASS ACTION 🎬 SUITE..

  The worst company I've worked with rude and inconsiderate harassing and just an ugly choice to work with.. once my loan is done I'll be glad to be done dealing with such a horrible business I would never recommend friends or family reliable credit is amazing go with them ..

  I was so blessed to have credit concepts as the 1st creditors I have felt with. I had to deal with losing work and low pay checks because of COVID. I imagined creditors I as some monster that would just call u constantly asking for their mone and taking the car if your even slightly behind. NOT THE CASE! They worked with me so much. It took a little longer 2 pay off but they were so nice and understanding about aANY problem to arise. Blessed, James Drzazga

  I have bought two cars using Credit Concepts to finance both. They treated me with respect even when my credit wasn't that great. When I was having some financial difficulties I spoke with Lisa and was completely honest with her and she bent over backwards to help me. She made me feel like she truly cared. I also realized by telling her the truth about everything she could do more for me than just giving her a lame excuse. I am truly grateful to Lisa and the team at Credit Concepts they have all been wonderful. And Thank you Lisa for all your help and your comforting words it's been a pleasure working with you.   Brittany is the person we deal with the most and she is wonderful. During this hectic year she has been so understanding and helpful. However when we made our last payment, we had to speak with someone named Ann and she was the complete opposite. My husband just got back to work and his first check was not a full one so we could not make our full payment and Ann was unbelievably rude. Thankfully we have the ability to work with Brittany most of the time.

  Wish I could give less, this company deals with shisty car lots that sale people lemons and once there car breaks down they still spect for you to make payments on a lemon they sold you.

  I bought a car and was financed through Credit Concepts. The customer service was amazing, and friendly. The one thing I would like to see in the future for this company is an app to be able to pay on, otherwise no complaints! Would recommend and will do business with them again in the future!

  Credit concepts is a place I would stay away from if I were you. I purchased a vehicle from a buy here pay here location and they sold my contract to credit concepts. Never made a payment to credit concepts and returned the vehicle. They served me...that’s news to me...and years later(about 3) started garnishing my wages, what was $500 has now been paid well over $5565(and some change) well over the original owed loan of $3636.51 and that’s not factoring they RESOLD the vehicle for $3286.51 Literally every time a garnishment payment was made, they added legal fees/interest charges that would take the whole payment. For over a year and a half that happened. Now I have them send me a accounting list and they send a list with 2 different amounts 517 and 702 due...so I asked them to send a payoff and a week later it’s almost $900. Do not do business with them, go through a reputable finance company. There’s a reason they have a bad rating everywhere. This is borderline predatory lending practices
