Anna B W3If you need to see a teller be prepared for a 20+ minute wait. Avoid the lunch and early afternoon time because they have one teller (two if you’re lucky) and the line does go out the door. Although it advertises a drive-through teller we were informed that option is closed for the foreseeable future. The staff whom I’ve interacted with here are polite and efficient but it doesn’t make sense to have one teller to take care of the needs of all the customers.

J Brew1I can't recommend the Bank of America branch in Shoreline to anyone. The customer service is terrible The nearest branch to me (Lake Forest Park, WA) closed recently. I had been experiencing wait lines to see a teller in the Shoreline branch ranging from 11 to 32 minutes in November, 2021. I have to say the teller's are courteous and efficient, there just aren't enough of them. I spoke to the bank manager and said that I should continue to expect slow because all my interactions should be done electronically. Unfortunately, I need to visit a bank teller about twice a month. On 8 December 2021, I waited 57 minutes, for most of that time there was one teller on duty along with a couple of managers sitting behind the tellers. I arrived at this branch at 1202. I took a photo at 1210: there was one teller and seven people ahead of me. At 1231 (second photo), there were five people ahead of me, the single teller has two manager standing near her. (I did wonder why these managers couldn't open a second and third window given the line behind me stretched out the door. At 1246, (third photo) there are four people ahead of me, I have now been in line 44 minutes. About 1250, a second teller came on duty. Note, the four other windows were empty, which has been the case at this branch. By the time I reached a teller at 1259, I withdrew all my funds via a cashier's check. I then spent additional time closing my account. We have shifted our account to another local bank that has adequate staffing.

Nina Kelly1Wow. Worst customer experience I have EVER had at any Bank of America. I enter the bank and waited in line. When I got up to the bank teller she informed me the store was closed but asked what I needed help with. As I am talking to her the manager walked up to me and asked How did you get in here?! I explained I got in through the front door that was open. She told me I needed to leave and proceeded to walk me out like I did something wrong. Disgusting. She was nasty and rude. I will not be going back and suggest if you are a person of color please be prepared for some horrible service.

Wei Ming Engineer1The one branch nearby closed so added more burden to this branch but overall BOA is of lower and lower quality service oriented….they canceled my business account logon in less than one month from my last login, without notifying me. They warn me about my numbers of online transfer…they do not show my credit card online so I dare not use and then they left the account there and blame me for all details. They cramped all my accounts into one profile and limited my rental business, my MFH housing development businesses…..and they boss me around for above like I waste their time while the quality of employees are so flaky…I go to Arlington branch for business needs now because my project is there and this branch yells at me for any little detail. As if my relationship with them is to deposit and loan, can’t do anything else like cashiers check (right, this branch yelled at me with a no). Root cause is education level down to ground, into dirt level. And lack of training adding on short of people due to COVID. every corner in this community is full of Power point people who think Math is “discriminatory”. This community is trained with No logics anymore. Which makes super-elite happy so that we busy complaining and they hide doing evil things that we lost energy paying attention with.

dave goregio1If you are at this location trying to do a 5 min transaction plan to stand in line for over 45 minutes. They always have one tailer for everyone. Line is usually out the door. You have manager who sits in the back and play with the printer and look at useless ad posters for the location. Help your customers first. Schedule your employees according to business needs.

Sachin Shetty1I had a very bad experience with the notary service & never had such issues in the past with other branches.The banker was not at all helpful and I had to take it to Chase (18200 Midvale Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133) bank to get my work done.

Ruth W3I do find it odd that teller service appears to be lowest priority. I used to work at a bank and all the managers dropped their paperwork to wait on customers. There are 7 people in line and one teller. Crazy.
