  When I started looking for houses, I didn't have any knowledge as to where to start when it comes to applying for mortgage loans and the process behind it. I was in the market looking for my first house. Taras was referred from my real state agent and I decided to give it a try. The first day I had a call with Taras, just after talking to him for 10 mins I already felt confident. And then he called me to his office a few days later and explained me the whole home buying process in detail and answered all the questions and doubts I had. He is really good at what he does. After we made an offer on a house I loved, he did an amazing job to get me the best rate in the market and made the whole process so smooth and easy. I used to get status of my loan twice a week from his team which explained exactly what step was the loan in and the ETA. Taras and his team were able to close my loan/house in about 3 weeks and that also a day before it was actually planned. I would totally recommend him to all my friends and family as he and his team is completely amazing. Thank you so much again Taras for making this whole process such painless and easy.

  I had a great experience working with Taras and the team at CrossCountry Mortgage! This was my first time buying a home and I couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Taras was always a quick and thorough communicator and was available to answer all the questions I had at any point (text, email, phone call).   Taras was very helpful in purchasing our new first home. With everything being so hectic, and refinancing super high, Taras and his team were on top of everything and we were able to close a week earlier. They were very easy to communicate, and when ever we had a question, they were easy to reach even on the weekends. I would definitely come back to Taras again for another purchase or refinance.

  Taras has always explained things very well. He will go over it & over it if you are having trouble understanding any part of the loan process. He was always so patient with us always would answer his phone and provide us with honest & reliable information which was very important to us since we are the first time homebuyers.   I've worked together with Taras and his team on financing our townhome and most recently, on refinancing it. Taras is absolutely amazing. As a first home buyer, the process can be intimidating, but Taras goes above and beyond to explain every detail, provides great advices (that saves money), always unpacks why that advice makes sense, and in general makes sure you're feeling absolutely comfortable through the entire process. Taras is also extremely responsive, day and night. I'm absolutely confident any homebuyer would appreciate his attention to detail, customer obsession and superior service. I know 100% who I'm going to call for my financing needs next time.
