  We just completed the purchase of our home with Terence Fleischer, Loan officer for 1st Security Bank and it was a truly wonderful experience! Terence was amazing and PERFECT. He knew exactly what we needed to know and even answered our questions before we could ask them. He provided a COMPLETE answer and solution at every step. After sitting down with him for 20 minutes, he pre-qualified us for our loan and even sent us away with a letter for the sellers to let them know 1st Security would stand behind us. His communication skills are excellent, his professionalism and expertise top notch and Terrence was the total reason we went with 1st Security.   I believe this is our 3rd or 4th time, using Ryan for our mortgage needs. He always makes it easy to ask questions and responds very quickly with the answers. Always willing to help look at our needs and provides plenty of options that would work for us. We never feel pushed into something we don't want.   Caleb was fantastic to work with. He is a details guy. His explanations and recommendations worked for me because I want to know details, especially with a large transaction like a home loan. He was also communicative and professional, helping us close while we were out of the country by strategically timing paperwork when we would be available and planning for our changing time zone.
