  Matt Berardi and his entire team at Covita was phenomenal on our new build purchase loan. We had more facets on this loan than a typical purchase / refi (city permits, builder permits, supply chain delays, VA requirements, etc) Matt and the team handled every obstacle with the highest professionalism and knowledge.   I would highly recommend working with Steve Beskid and the Covita Lending team. As a first time home buyer, we came into this knowing nothing and Steve immediately made us feel comfortable by taking the time to walk us through the entire process and going through all our options with us. Steve was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had and was able to quickly provide updated quotes and approvals which was instrumental in having our offer accepted in this high paced market. Steve and team were completely transparent throughout our loan application process which made everything go smoothly up to and through closing.   Steve was amazing and always on top of it. As a first time homeowner, Steve went through each step of the buying process and made it easy to understand. The seller's agent actually mentioned they chose my offer, due to the fact, Steve reached out prior to selecting an offer and showed he was extremely easy to work with. If you're selecting a lender, consider Steve, he's super responsive and brings a great asset to trying to purchase a home in 2021's hot housing market.

  Steve and Rich made the refinancing process for my home seamless. I wish they would have been in business 9 years ago when I was purchasing my home. I was very skeptical and felt uneasy going into the process, but they made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision.   If you have ever experienced the process of buying a house, you know how hectic it can sometimes get! Steve and Rich provided the smoothest transaction I have had to date! Their communication, responsiveness and their pro-active actions were simply the best I have ever experienced. I always knew where my loan stood and what the upcoming expectations would be. No last minute scrambling! Both were extremely professional! I would highly recommend and will be using them on any future transaction!
