  Huntington bought the bank we used. They send communications like this ... "As of, January 25, 2022, the funds have been deducted from the account from which you requested the funds be transferred. However, the funds may take another day to reach the destination account. The request will continue to show in your Status view as "Pending." We will notify you as soon as the transaction is complete." For this and many other reasons related to poor/possibly illegal service issues, I look forward to closing our accounts with the bank and using absolutely any other bank.

  Definitely would not recommend that any person of color banks here. I came in to the bank last Saturday with an escalated issue with my account. I spoke to the banker Alberto and was told that he would solve the issue by Monday. On Monday I called throughout the day and was given the run around and told that he didn’t have time to address the issue. I finally came in to the bank and witnessed him serve SEVERAL white customers while ignoring me and my issue. This type of service is unacceptable. I would recommend that you bank elsewhere!

  I've begun doing my business banking here since our office relocated and absolutely have been wowed by how they've taken care of us. Libby recognized me after two drive-through deposits and called me by name as a regular, always extremely kind and helpful. They've sent out candy bags that have made my day. Love banking with this team!

  I stopped to get cash from the ATM one night. For whatever reason the ATM kept my debit card and would not return it. So I went in the following week to have my card returned. I was told they shredded my card. And I do not get it back! You need to post this atrocious policy on the atm.

  Friendly tellers. They are always quick and efficient. Drive thru is big and there are two ATMs: one walk up & one drive up.

  If there's a person of minority descent that can get through this bank with out them thinking you're a criminal I commend you; this bank is for white people only. They called the police on me multiple times as I waited for them to open, you can say you're looking for "suspicious characters" all you want but it gets old real fast when the officer only talks to the black guy in the parking lot and leaves EVERYONE else alone. The officer thought it was ridiculous by like the 5th time he got called out; "Dont they know you bank here.?" Didnt believe a single direct deposit was ever coming through, never thought I had any money; always wanted to know where my money was coming from. I almost went to jail when the lady asked me how I got 200 and didnt want to accept my DEPOSIT with my social security card, valid drivers license, and atm card. Had to go to another bank just to put rent money up. Always cancelling my scheduled payments yet im still getting overdraft fees? Why? How do you get charged to not pay someone? Huntington sucks, nothing but smoke and mirrors

  Though I know this isn’t this location’s issue, it’s a bummer that when I went to pay off my car loan early, Huntington charged me another $100 just for paying it off. As if they didn’t receive enough money in interest through the loan. If you get a car loan through them just be aware of any fees. Bad business practice.

  I use to go to the wonderful branch location in Market District until the pandemic.The branch manager came to the window ,why I needed a branch manager I’ll never know and denied me the right to have a check deposited in my account with my name on it .Why did the Branch Manager even come out it says pay to the order or me and my name is on it and I carry enough funds in my account to cover the check .I warned her before she told me some ridiculous lie that I have the CEO’s email and phone number and would be forwarding my complaint accordingly .I don’t personally know him but have his information.She told me to go ahead .I called earlier today to see why the branch was closed earlier the day before she claims there was an emergency.I thought banks were required to keep the bank available during business hours .Anyway there is a Chase across the street .Im waiting for the outcome.
