  Recently, I made several attempts to use my debit card to make a down payment on a beach house in N.C. Each time my card was declined. After 8 attempts with the same result, I was transferred to Margaret Miller who quickly figured out and resolved the problem. When Whitehall C.U. changed to Pathways Financial C.U., I was afraid I'd lose the personalized friendly service I was used to receive. I know I was wrong. When I wanted a car loan they couldn't have been more helpful. My latest experience with Margaret Miller again confirmed my confidence in being a valued customer of Pathways. Thank you and kudos to all.

  I want to thank everyone at Pathways FCU for making our home equity loan process the easiest and quickest I’ve ever experienced. Specifically I give big props to Pat Meyer at the Grandview Heights branch who was the principle in making it all happen so smooth and fast! Wish I could give you all 6 stars because 5 is not enough...thank you Pathways!!!

  Bad experience really heat me so hard drive through I sent $ 160.00 To pay off my credit card balance $20 ? Missing out $160.00 I step in to talk a manager No solution. They said you sent only $140.00 I show them proof I withdraw 160.pluse 3 atm fee . I know 100% cashier took 20 . I will never go back to this location again.

  Parthways Financial Credit Union and Pat Meyer are head and shoulders above any competitive bank or credit union out there, and it is all because their customer service is OUTSTANDING and they LISTEN. Pat has been handling our business accounts and our family’s personal accounts for years, and Pat goes way beyond what others have done in the past. Pat has provided us his own personal cell phone number, and when Pat is not working or on vacation, he is still working and available, as he will take my call any time and anywhere and make sure what needs done is done in a timely manner. Pat treats everyone of our accounts as if they are his personal accounts ... and that is pretty special. In addition to being available all the time, PFCU will listen to your needs and sometimes provide a product they maybe did not offer. I remember asking them if they have Health Savings Accounts, and when I made the request, they did not, but a week later, I signed up for a HSA. It’s because they listen to your needs and react to what you want that makes them so special. If you want a special banking relationship, try Pathways Financial Credit Union and ask for Pat Meyer ... you won’t be disappointed ... Pat is “The Best”!!!

  We joined Pathways Credit Union because it was so close to our home. We have been very pleased with the service. I love the online banking and use it to pay most of my bills.
