David1Do not go to this branch for anything other than general banking. I had a scheduled appointment with Joseph their notary with email confirmation over my lunchbreak and they scheduled someone else on top of me and refused to see me despite my appointment. This was my second time stopping in for this and both times they waisted my time without assisting me.

Bonsecore11Was paying off a credit card that the branch couldn't take the final payment for. I had to call the phone bank number. First person to answer had some sort of jive talk dialect. Then was transferred to someone in India who barely spoke English. Then transferred to another recovery agent [who had some sort of nobility complex; had to mention my lawyer's info after the recovery agent insisted on knowing my current income level]. I should have just mailed the payment in instead of dealing with enough people that equaled a 75 IQ. I will never do business with Chase again.

melissa kho5Always great service at this location!!! Called ahead and spoke with Patrick at Customer Service to find out about how they were handling everything with Covid... He explained everything and took my name down so the cashier knew what I was there for so I could get in and out fast... I really appreciate that kind of service during this time, it made me feel safe;) Thank you!!!

B C5One minute left before closing I needed a notary and had the chance to speak with Brandy. Just WOW!!! Calmed the situation (needed a title notarized) and helped everyone without pressure despite past closing time.

Kevin Patterson5Greeted at the door. I asked to open a checking account and was assisted right away. Adam the banker was very helpful, efficient, and got me in and out very quickly. One of the better banking experiences I've had in a while.

Stephanie Shields2Customer service has really degraded here, I waited in line while one banker was busy laughing at something on his computer and another woman just stood around greeting people. That woman finally helped someone who came in after me... There was a line of 6 people by the time I left...I don't think I will return anytime soon.
