  My husband and I got the chance to work with Almir when we found the house we loved. He was very professional and responsive anytime we needed updates on our loan.   My mother and I initially hired a different company to help us refinance our home. The other company made things extremely difficult for us and didn't put any effort into helping us get through the process. They were so difficult, we even had to file a complaint. Thanks to Almir at Countryside Home Loans, we were able to complete the refinancing process. We had complicated circumstances, but he still found a solution and was able to help us out. We are forever grateful for all of Almir's help and will recommend him to anyone needing a home loan or refinancing.

  Very unprofessional to work with not responding when questions needed to be answered.Does not know rules and regulations of FHA loans or did not care about loanat all.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
