  These people are fraudulent I purchased a car at done deal auto in Houston Texas I put 3000 down and went through Mid Atlantic Not knowing this was a finance company instead of bank the dealer Jerome at Done Deal Auto in Houston didn’t advise me of any of this so my first payment was due April the 3rd when I contacted the bank about making my payment the lady I spoke with told me it was an error on their end and we would take care of everything on Monday and she would call me with confirmation when Monday came no one called or anything so I assumed everything was ok when I called to make the 2cd payment on May the 3rd they told me I was to make the payments with the dealership now long story short the dealership I dealt with had ties to that finance company and two weeks after my payment was due he brought the car back and lured me into his dealership and said the bank repossessed my car he took my car and told me I can get it back only if I put another 4000 down and start another deal with another bank I called the bank to see why this happened no one could tell me anything the lady that I been speaking with told me her name was Maria when I asked to speak with her I was informed that no one by that name works there I found out that the man Jerome at Done Deal Auto in Houston Texas has ties to this finance company and they been getting over people like that for years so I got me a lawyer and we in the process of pursuing legal action on this finance company and the dealership I advise anybody not to do business with this finance company or done deal auto they are fraudulent people and they don’t care what they do to people he took my car in the day my son was taking his graduation pictures I sat in his office and cried because I didn’t understand what was going on while I was crying he was flirting with my cousin who had came with me that day cause he told me that my license plate was in and my inspection sticker not knowing him and the bank scammed me but God don’t sleep they will get what they deserve

  UPDATE: I got a "repo" notice in the mail today. We have made all our payments, 75$ a week which is more than the actual payment. I will be contacting Consumer FRAUD. I have already contacted a lawyer. Worst experiance of my life!!!!! I bought a car from affiliated auto sales here in Waco TX. LENNY THE GUY FROM THE DEALERSHIP IS WONDERFUL! This is my second car from him. Well, he sold my car note to this POS company. I got ONE MONTH behind, and I notified them that I was living in a motel, and we had limited income. We got paid once a week, and we will pay them 75$ A WEEK. My normal payment is 237$ but thats 300$ a month. 63$ extra to get caught up on the month that I got behind. They have done nothing but HARASS ME AND LENNY! They are trying to force Lenny to buy the note back, which he will have to repo it if he ends up buying it back. But they say they recieve payments, then will call saying they havent received it. When you ask to speak with a supervisor they are as dumb as a doornail, and as useless. The supervisor told me "thats fine, 75$ a week, then that should get you caught up". Called today, the guy said "its noted here, but your under contract to make one payment a month of 237$ which you're not doing". There is no such thing as communication in the system or office. They are scammers just to get your money. Then they get mad at you if you have sent a money order in and its not there the next day. If your even one day late they charge you 11$ as a late fee. Its a 6$ charge to pay from your bank account. There is no such thing as debit or credit cards here. SCAMMERS! When Im done paying this car off, I will go through all my stuff to see where they charged me extra, because I will be suing for FRAUD! Yall will be closed down, and I hope all the NASTY employees up there never find a decent job again. I did call center work for a year a NEVER TALKED TO SOMEONE THE WAY THEY SPEAK TO ME! STAY FAR AWAY!

  Management has no idea what they are doing. John in finance is a horrible. He uses intimidation and talks down to his employees. He has no self respect and will always find someone to blame for his poor work ethic. Do not work here and do not use them as your finance company. Mid Atlantic why don't you care?

  Absolute scam. I've made every payment and watched my balance stay the same, to the cent, for months now. They won't provide any answers (or even basic information) about my account. They instead send you back around and around in a useless circle of non-answers and links to the website you started at. BBB needs to investigate these people ASAP.

  Last year we were able to finance a Tahoe thru them and they worked with us on the down payment since we didn't have good credit. But then when things got bad for us when work got slow, and other unfortune things were happening, and we were struggling my husband called to try to make payment arrangements until we could get caught up. He could never get anyone to answer until finally weeks later. The lady that finally answered told him what minimum he could pay and she would work out the rest. That he had to call back. Well he tried to call back for 2 weeks and could not get anyone. They repoed our vehicle not long after that and still he could not get ahold of anyone. Somehow even the repo guy knew about my husband and the lady's last conversation. Still nothing. We received a notice several months later that our Tahoe sold at a auction and we were getting a check at some point since it sold for more than what we owed. And now it's been several months and we haven't seen a check or heard from anyone. Husband can't get anyone to answer at Mid Atlantic either! And he's been trying for weeks.

  If I could give a 0 review I would, this place has some of the rudest people I’ve ever came in contact with, on today 11/30/19 I was called by a young lady in which I immediately told her I paid my payment the day before and she said in a harsh way like ok thank you click, she hung up in my face! Very unprofessional people! However one young woman named Jeanette at ext 441 has a great attitude and shows me a lot of respect, she deserves a promotion for her hard work!

  I’ve had my vehicle for almost a year now, my car sometimes has its moments but I know it isn’t anyone’s fault. & I’m grateful mid Atlantic has been so helpful with my loan, & Benny is always such a pleasure to work with.❤️❤️

  DO NOT EVER GET A CAR LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY!! It seems that NO ONE communicates or puts in proper notes, I paid off my settlement June 25th 2016 (that took me 3 months and 2 calls a week to this company for me to get) I asked them when I called to give them the reference number of the pay off amount and asked how long before I got the title and I was told 2 weeks MAX! Well guess what... for the last month when I call to see why I have not gotten my title I am told I still have a balance to pay I have to literally argue with someone who is basically calling me a lair about a settlement twice a week because NO ONE CALLS ME BACK and I have to call them, a week and a half ago I FINALLY got someone who helped me and pushed my settlement thru, I called today to see once again after over a month why I STILL do not have a title but they have my money and I am told they have no update for me and accounting is working on it. I ask to speak with someone who can tell me how long I will be waiting for a title and he tells me NO! and that he will talk to them and get an update, I ask him to have someone call me back in the next 24 hours and he says "YEA SURE"!!! Then when I ask him what phone # they will call me back on he reads off the caller ID which is my work #, I say no your reading the caller ID and that is not the # you have for me. after giving him the correct # (which they have had) he basically says he will forward the request on leaving absolutely NO HOPE of a actual call back. This place is HORRIBLE with communication, customer service and accuracy!! I should NEVER be waiting over a month for a title!!! I could go on and on about how horrible this place is, I only gave them one star because Google will not let me post a review without one, I would actually like to take stars away!!!
