Cody M1Customer service is horrible, went in twice to open new commercial check/savings the gentleman was horrible both time I went in there was new requirements to have with me, but yet when I was in a week or so prior the documents were not requested to have bet yet have always been a requirement to open a account at this bank.. every time it’s a new story. Just a straight out waste of time. This has been the worst bank I have tried to open a account with.. never getting my money.. This branch is lucky I have to give Atleast a 1 start to leave a review, because honestly they are not even worth the star.

jade fleitz5I dealt with a sweetheart named Rachael. She walked me through the application process for a car loan with ease. Answered questions I didn't even have to ask and took great care of my needs! So nice to be connected with people rather than an automated voice. Thank you for the wonderful experience Rachael!! =]

Tahesha1Had the worst experience. Went to get a new debit card and there was only one person in front of me. Waited for an hour while the rep sat and talked about how she meets guys, their dates and showing pictures on her phone? Then when asked if there was someone else to help me and call her out on her mess she gets an attitude talking about either you can wait or leave! Will not be going back there and considering changing banks just too much when people are rude and disrespectful. Don't waste your time going there.

Jamie Cavanaugh3I'm disappointed that Suncoast CU is moving toward an extremely impersonal approach. I thought the mission of Credit Unions was to build relationships and offer personalized services for earning dividends, saving money and time, and having financial peace of mind. Now, patrons have to wait in a less than ample waiting space for one automated teller station where you see a different person on the screen each time. This teller station is also limited in services, so often when you're through using it, you must then check in on another kiosk to see someone else in the branch. For instance today I had a cash deposit and then needed a money order. The individuals in the branch couldn't take the cash so I had to wait for the automated teller while carrying my baby in a car seat and waiting alongside other patrons. After accomplishing the deposit when it was my turn, I then had to sign in to see someone else to get a money order. This process is not member friendly or member focused, which is what Credit Unions pride themselves on. I think Suncoast has gone wrong here.
