  I just want to first off saying, Alexis was wonderful! When I say, he was on top of his business, he was. I seriously was impressed how he always kept in touch with us and NEVER left us hanging! I will HIGHLY recommend ! Alexis Did a GOOD job frfr!

  Alexis was there for me from the beginning of us buying our house answered every question I had (trust me there was a lot of questions). No matter what the question was “little or big” they had the answer, if not they had it within 10-15 mins. I will be going back through them for our refinance. I highly recommend them.

  It was truly a pleasure working with Alexis Collazo and his team including Brian Tobin. From the get go they never let us down in telling us what we can get pre-approved for and seeing the process through so we could realize our dream of becoming homeowners. They were there every single step of the way. Alexis was available anytime we had a question no matter what time of the day it was and he knew what to ask for even before it was requested during the underwriting process facilitating the transaction to be a much smoother and quicker one. Even our broker said he has never had a smoother transaction than he did other Sunshine Mortgage brokers and working with Alexis Collazo. It was nothing but an amazing experience!   Mrs. Powell, was the greatest! She helped me every step of the way., She was always quick to answer any questions or any texts. She went above and beyond. Even answering messages way past normal business hours. I truly wish she was the standard by which all businesses ran.

  Terrible communication. Send an email and you get a response like 4 days later. Andre lied, the whole process with this company was so confusing. Nothing seemed legit. Sent all paperwork and was told 2 weeks before closing that numbers didn’t match up so the loan couldn’t go through. Luckily my realtor was able to get me in touch with a local lender and I was able to get everything in order in time to close. Won’t be recommending this company to anyone

  I’ll start by saying I want to thank Sunshine Mortgage Brokers for all the help and guidance they provided us. Our first go at trying to purchase a home left us discouraged but then we came across these guys. Everything since the beginning has been more then what we expected. Thank you everyone who has assisted us. I want to say thank you specially to Alexis Collazo. Dude was with us every step of the way. We call, he answered and if he didn’t he was calling us right back within 15 minutes. Every question we had he answered and if he didn’t know he’d find out and get right back with us. He never left us in the dark and kept us informed on anything. I know we stressed him out but he never showed it and was kind throughout the whole process. If he was close by I’d by him some drinks and invite him to the home warming. So I hope you guys reward him because I’m sure this isn’t the first time he’s been acknowledged. But yeah we thank you Alexis you rocked bro.

  First and foremost I am veteran. I served my country with honor and distinction. My review is true and based on facts. Christian is top notch, he said he was going to do something and he did exactly what he said what he was going to do with a rockstar performance. There was some hiccups on my part that I had to resolve. His processing staff I chose to remain retrained for words but I did close on my house. Christian saved the day. Christian is a true hero for veterans with professionalism for va home mortgages. I have to give props to Brian as well for allowing me the opportunity to fore fill my goals of being a home owner. I recommend sunshine mortgage brokers for veterans but I have be completely honest by saying you should only deal with Christian or Brian throughout the process because they are true professionals.
