  I have worked with many lenders in the past and NOBODY came close to the service that Kiel provided me. If you are looking for a lender that truly cares about his client, Kiel is your guy! He goes above and beyond and makes sure you understand every detail of the loan. It felt like I was talking to a family friend every time we spoke. He will definitely be my lender for years to come. He is very trustworthy, honest and I couldn’t ask for more in a lender! VERY satisfied with his service! Thank you Kiel!

  Kiel was very helpful and answered all questions in record time. He worked above and beyond to get quick accurate information and provide the best service possible. Equally important He strives to get you the best possible rate and conditions for your loan. He will work overtime and extra hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Kiel was also empathetic and energized, good traits for a mortgage lender. We will be using him again as our loan officer in the future for sure.

  If I could give Kiel 10 stars I would! He went above and beyond during our home buying process and trust me, it wasn’t the easiest one. When looking for a lender it is important to find someone who is invested just as much as the client when it comes to crossing the finish line. Austin did a phenomenal job too. Both were available to help answer questions or any concerns. Thank you both. My husband and I would recommend contemporary Mortgage over and over.

  A friend referred me to Kiel and working with him was the one bright spot during a very challenging home search and buying experience. He offered me several options for rates, searched high and low for the best mortgage deals, and provided additional documentation to help seal the deal. Very responsive, even in evenings and on weekends. I highly recommend Kiel!

  I can’t say enough good things about Kiel. He was so knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to answer any and all questions we had. Best of all he gave us answers to questions we didn’t even know to ask which we appreciated. He worked hard to continually make sure we were getting the best rate. I would definitely recommend Kiel if you would like someone on your side helping you get the best deal he can.

  These guys are the best !! This was my second go around looking to buy a house. The first time Kiel took his time and worked with me but it just couldn’t happen. Months later I got back in contact with him and he picked up right where we left off. Always available and extremely professional the entire process.   Kiel is the best mortage lender I have ever come across. His understanding of the industry and making the numbers work, is outstanding. Going through the process can be daunting, but he sends you all the required information right away and kept me informed through the whole process of anything additional items that were needed. The whole process was simplified and since then I have referred both of my brothers and a friend who have all thanked me for giving them Kiel's information. Thanks!

  Kiel and his team helped us buy our new home fast. They put in the time and effort to get the deal done under extreme circumstances. All while explaining everything and answering all of our questions. My particular deal had some ups and downs due to a very short window and rushed purchase...
