  I ordered a new card in the mail 48 hours ago today I have some bills to pay and after going in person and giving the lady my ID there is no way for them to give me my security code for my new card to pay bills this week . At least have my new card information accessible on my chase app . Thank you for the inconvenience 👌

  Today I went to my chase in Longwood I have been trying to get an appointment little did I know they were short staffed. They called their sister branch Altamonte , they had me come over right away. Emily Martinez was so helpful, so kind, and so sweet. Thank you for your help today .

  Worst bank experience I have ever had. I went to get a cash advance with my online bank (simple). I don't even have an account with them. They said transaction of TWENTY SEVEN HUNDRED dollars didn't go through on their end. However, it went through on my end. The money is gone out of my account. Since it said pending the guy working there assured me the charge would go away in one business day. Three days go by and the charge is finalized and gone out of my account for good. I called my online bank (Simple) who are great by the way and they told me that chase had my money and I had to dispute it. They told me the dispute would take a while and to get my money back as soon as possible I should go to Chase and ask them to give me the money since they have it. I drove 40 minutes to the same Chase bank and they told me there was nothing they could do. I'm a very shy person and never rude but the manager didn't want to work with me at all, blew me off, and was very rude. She didn't seem to care that basically all of my money was gone out of my account and that chase essentially stole it. So yeah I wasn't able to get my car that day and work. So Chase not only cost me $2700 but hundreds that I would have made working and money in gas for driving here for no reason so that they could tell me basically to f off. I still don't have my money!

  I love my chase bank !! I’ve had to randomly come up to the branch and have things handled with my account and they didn’t trip on me not having an appointment they were simply willing to help !!! Soooo grateful for the employees here !!

  I've been banking with Chase for more than 10 years, I have both, personal and business accounts and never had any problems. The ppl who works there is very friendly and patient! I will stick to Chase Bank in Altamonte Springs on 436.

  The bankers and managers at this branch are completely clueless on how companies are organized or recorded. Attempted to open 2 business accounts and the business banker a) had no idea how to do it and had to call for help and then b) told me they couldn't record my business as a c Corp, even though that's what its registered with the both the state and the IRS, because the initials in the company name have LLC in them even though it's not a limited liability corporation. This is the second time I tried opening an account at this branch and the level of incompetence of their bankers is at least consistent I can say that. Last time I tried opening a personal account I sat waiting for 30 minutes meanwhile they skipped over me twice to assist customers who came in after me. Horrible Customer Service, incompetent bankers and just a horrible branch all the way around! Do your self a favor and find another bank. Now, I know why Chase is offering people $300 to open a new account, their customer service is so bad there literally having to bribe people to open accounts.

  Helpful customer service. They showed me the atm inside that you can use to pull more than $500 per day unlike most banks. I've never had issues with any location for chase because I do most of my banking online. The online banking is easy to use and customer service line has always been helpful as well.

  The worst chase bank I've ever been to. The manager sits around instead of helping the tellers when there is a long line. The tellers are working as fast as possible to run both drive thru and regular windows. Keep in mind there is usually one or two of them. If I could review the tellers I'd give them 5 stars. But the manager should be fired.
