I closed all my accounts after discovering money was missing. Horrible customer service, no type of recourse or investigation completed about my concerns, m y missing funds. Joseph Steinmeyer1Most unprofessional bank I’ve ever banked at!! closed there doors before 5 o’clock… Go to the drive thru, figuring they should still be open since people have jobs and can’t get to the bank any sooner. The employees helped the customer in front of me after 5 o’clock pm in the drive thru, I pull up and they avoided me for about 5 min as I watched them talk and conversate as I wait for help, before telling me they closed at 5 and couldn’t help me when they just helped the car in front of me after hours, not even 10 min after 5. They could care less about there customers and this shows it.. if you’re considering banking with TD BANK I WOULD TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE…

T1I tried calling 5 times to confirm if a notary was on site and nobody will answer. How CONVENIENT is it to have to drive all the way to bank when someone can simply just pick up the phone?!

Nicole Beckford-Allen5Great customer service. I have had many ordeals with my crossover from the Canadian TD to the US TD. Every staff member has shown me grace and were very helpful. I am thankful this was the bank I chose to go to. Kudos team.

Brad Lehman3This branch is nice but unfortunately there is a nice older gentleman that is terrible. I literally sat in the drive through for over an hour while he counted and recounted my deposit over and over again only to mess it up and give no explanation. I have had him multiple times and it is the same thing every time. Everyone else is great but if you are short on time do not let him handle your transaction

Zarina Ramos1Hate them so very horrible. I've been with Td since I turned 18. And I've never had a problem until this recent year. Errors on there end from posted transactions and that customer service tells me over there end and charges me those fees when it wasn't even my fault as what customer service said. Going into any branch is horrible because with the limited locations I have to wait so long for help. I recently had someone wipe my account and had to fight to get my money back. Showing that the transaction was fraud. I'm just so tired of having to be on edge with these people and whose going to get into my account. Closing my accounts with td and will never return.

Terrell Too5I love TD Bank and this location. The staff is the best. Always helpful. Eager to take care of any situation without waiting an enormous amount of time. They open up tellers just so you don’t have to wait. They acknowledge you when you walk in so you feel like Your not being ignored.

Julia3In general, I like doing business with TD Bank when coming in person Altamonte Springs branch. Everybody is very attentive. I like that it is never crowded However, I had terrible experience today when called the branch at 14:20 today. Representative, Carlos, answered the phone. I needed a simple question answered: what was an exchange rate euro to dollar with TD Bank today. Carlos could not give me an answer and kept talking without any actual answer. I asked patiently for a simple answer, and asked to please find help, if he did not know answer. He started to ridicule me. I asked for the branch manager, and was told that she was at a break. I asked for call back. Branch manager, Lydia, called back and was very patient and professional. Calling TD Bank customer service has proven to be a disaster. With last call I was waiting for 24 minutes for somebody to answer, and then I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. They could at least check with me every five minutes or so... Disappointed...

Tati H1Horrible. Waiting 45 minutes for a banker. They only had one while the other was at Lunch. The blonde female banker did not even bother looking my way nor at least acknowledging that I was there for the entire time. All I needed was a new card. Walked out without it. TD is a terrible bank. Tons of fees, limited locations, and this is just the icing on the cake. Canceling our accounts.
