The woman at the reception is the worst, she is rude and does not give correct information. They did not help me with the opening of my account, I went to another location and they did it without any problem!

During a pandemic, in my area, they don't have drive through tellers forcing the customer, including disabled customers to come inside and stand in line next to people. They do not answer their phone at any of the branches in my area. I'm stuck with them for now because of automatic deposits and payments but that may change. They pay no Federal Income Tax and actually get money back from the Treasury while cutting jobs and services while paying basically no interest on savings accounts. Perhaps if they didn't get free money from the Fed, they might have to count on deposits from customers and pay a decent interest rate.

      Response from the owner

Drive through is NOT open. One teller, 8 customers in line. Four people working the floor. One saying hello as you walk in and three soliciting new business (accounts). When you ask if they can get another teller, they say no they are taking care of new customers. Basically, once you become a customer they provide poor service. This is a daily occurrence (I'm forced to come here because of my job), even though they would like you to believe it's not the norm for BOA.

Why would you close at 4 when normal people don’t get off work til 5? Guess I have to go to another bank that cares to take care of their account holders

DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY AT THE ATM THERE! It will eat your 400$ and when you call call to make the claim, They never put the claim in and now its taking me LONGER to get my money! Very unfortunate during the holidays!

Awful experience in this location always is something, no time, no appointments, so on. Rude unprofessional people. Make the people wait more than an hour but they don't even take your name when you are arriving. One Star was a lot for this bank location

Always a long wait. In the last 12 months, I have visited this branch 5 times about 2 to 3 months apart to get a cashiers check made. Of those 5 visits, 4 of them were a waste of time As they claim that the machine is down after waiting in line for 20 minutes or so ( tally up all of that time ). I’m at the point that I’m convinced that they purposely try to avoid making cashiers cashiers checks and tell the excuse to clients that the machine is down. The pattern is just coincidental. It’s in fact it’s true that the machine is always down, then it’s very sad in Bank of America‘s part. They spend all the money and all the partitions and barriers for Covid, but they don’t take the time to fix up the machine or system to make cashiers checks at this branch. I never encounter this with any other branch and I think I will never come to this one again.

Typical Bank of America never open ATMs always broken ready to change Banks been with his bank for 12 years and I am just fed up with their poor customer service. I have to go into the bank to get a new debit card because their app won't let me order a new debit card I can't use the ATM because my debit card is damaged but even the 1-800 number says I got to go into the bank to get a new debit card that they don't know why the app won't let me get a new debit card. I'm just so sick of this Bank if I could give it zero Stars I would
