  Connor Webb in three words: determined, reliable and thorough. This was my first home-buying experience and Connor quickly rose to the top as I sorted through different lenders. He spent a good 30-45 minutes on the phone with me walking me through each step of the process and explaining everything about cash-to-close, and thoroughly vetting my pre-qualification materials to make sure there would be no surprises down the road. I was so impressed when he returned my emails no matter what day of the week, or what time of day (seriously, he was running numbers on a house I wanted to put an offer on at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night). That—compared to another lender I worked with in the beginning, who took a WEEK to even return my first phone call—was so awesome. I had a hard line of what my mortgage could be, and between buying down the interest rate and buying out of mortgage insurance, Connor was able to utilize the money I have so carefully saved for many years in a way that allowed me to buy a home I never would have thought I could comfortably afford. I am convinced that without Connor and his team at Cardinal Financial, I could not have bought my perfect home. At the beginning of this process, I told Connor I was shopping around for lenders. Their underwriting fees aren't the cheapest, for example. But he more than earned my business, and my trust. Thank you so much, Connor and friends and Cardinal!   Connor is the type of lender who will be there throughout your entire loan process. We've closed multiple deals together as a lender-realtor team. It's tough to find someone soo kind, caring and knowledgeable -- and someone who will pick up the phone and walk clients through questions or concerns. Connor checks all of those boxes!   The real estate business needs to move quickly sometimes and Connor knows how to be extremely responsive to clients and business colleagues when you need it! Connor is fantastic with follow-up by providing updates for his clients and agents. I enjoy working with Connor as he knows how to tackle unique client situations with solutions to help a buyer buy a home! You won't be disappointed if you work with Connor! He is one of the best in the business!

  Connor was lights out in helping us get from concept to close. We have planned this since April and Connor was consistent in keeping us up to speed on what we needed to do in order to qualify for the home that we wanted. Connor responded quickly and his diligence got us to the finish line! I was super impressed by his knowledge of VA loans. This was so smooth that I'm still pinching myself!

  Connor and I work together often within our industries. I can say from the professional standpoint that he is of very few lenders I have come across in my career that 1. Knows what he is talking about and prides himself on knowing the facts, 2. Always is furthering his education so that he can know and be ready for any situation and 3. He is so beyond efficient. I will send an email and it is responded to within minutes. That is very important in my industry. It’s hard to come across any company that is readily available for answering any questions or taking care of any issues then Cardinal financial.   Connor, Chad and the entire Cardinal team were great to work with. We got our original mortgage through them (purchase) and completed two refinances. They are the best.
