  Over the years we have used Creekside Mortgage for our refinancing needs. Kerry Greenwald and his team are exceptional. They are very “together” in helping navigate through all the elements of the process. Of particular note, Jennifer Valverde was incredible. She was willing to meet, on her day off, at a neutral site to help us sign some of the paperwork. Then, in the middle of the process, we went on vacation to Paris. She stayed in contact with us, advising us of things she needed and worked with us to get it all done. She is a true asset to Creekside Mortgage and anyone she comes in contact with.

  We built a home through New Tradition Homes, and they referred us to Creekside Mortgage. We planned to go through our bank, but we would have had to pay over $8,000 in closing costs. Creekside Mortgage was able to get us over $1,000 cash back at closing. Nicolle and Kerry worked hard to get us the best rate and closed our loan as soon as possible. We were moved in by the estimated closing date. Nicolle responded within hours to my emails and messages. Our bank of ten years treated us like a number, but Kerry and Nicolle knew us by name from day one. You just do not get this kind of service from big financial institutions.

  We recently went through Creekside Mortgage to secure a VA home loan. Kerry and Kim really went out of their way to make sure our complicated transaction went smoothly and even gave us the option of closing almost a week early (even our realtor was surprised at how smoothly it went). I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy with a VA loan. Our situation included selling a home that was currently using our VA entitlement and getting our funding re-established in a matter of days in order to purchase a new home that was closing in the same week. Since this wasn’t a run of the mill refi, it was important that we went with a knowledgeable team that specialized in VA loans. Other lenders said we would have to work with the VA directly to get our funding reinstated and that it could take weeks - but Kerry and Kim at Creekside told us they would handle it and that it wouldn’t be a problem. It wasn’t and they took care of everything - I would definitely work with Creekside Mortgage again!
