  Keely Matteo and Erika Alegre are TOP NOTCH mortgage professionals!!! Anyone needing help with financing for a new home needs to call Pacific Residential Mortgage! They made the process so EASY and lightning QUICK!!! They went above and beyond our expectations and we closed way earlier than anticipated! We will definitely be using them again if and when we need financial help! Do yourself a favor.....call them today!!! UPDATE: We just did a refinance with Keely & Erika, and they are still FABULOUS!!! We will use them again when we need mortgage help!!! YET ANOTHER UPDATE: Fast forward to 2021.....3rd time working with Keely and the gang!! As always the service was stellar!! Got to work with Lana this time and she was always so responsive!!   My husband and I were looking for a home to purchase but were really nervous to take the leap..we thought this would be a crazy time to be looking with COVID and not knowing if the economy was going to take a dip but we teamed up with Cheryl (the Hilbert team), Erika, Chad & Keely - talk about a AAA+++ TEAM! They were very patient with us and made it so easy that we look forward to working with them again! We've already referred them to our friends and family <3 We'd like to extend a special thank you to all of them! Cheryl w/the Hilbert Team was AWESOME! She's been in the business for a long time and knows her stuff..! Erika w/Pacific Residential was very GREAT!   Chad, Erika and the entire team were no less than amazing! They worked hard to complete the entire process for the refinance of my home in less than 30 days. They explained every step in detail, answered my questions quickly and more than once and just made the process very easy. If you're looking for a new mortgage or thinking about a refinance, I highly recommend their team. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and will get it done for you!

  Loved working with them on my first mortgage and then my refinance. Keely's team made sure I was informed through the whole process and kept things on track. I had to stop the refinance for a bit and when I was ready to proceed we picked right up where we left off. They were so understanding. I was worried that we wouldn't finish in time for the first payment but I worried for nothing-we closed it in time. If you need a mortgage or refinance I highly recommend them.

  Mark and his team definitely deserve 5 Gold Stars for what they did for us... My wife was at our home and I was working out of state and they made sure that I was able to sign all the required documents without any issues... Now that's what you call GREAT customer service...
