  Dan and Misha have been such an amazing team to work with in our home buying process. They were super easy to communicate with, answered all our questions - even if they were small or seemed silly. They’ve been helpful from the very beginning of being preapproved to the final moment. It was nice having a team so great by our sides and who were equally excited for this journey as we were.   Our first time buying a home wasn't a good experience with the lender we choose. I am SO glad that Dan and his team were recommended to us by our relator Erica McCarty. They were fantastic! We got our pre approval next day after filling out our application, which led us to start looking sooner than we had anticipated! They were able to lock in a fantastic rate, and help us increase our budget. They did it with fantastic communication. Dan, Misha and Meredith are all amazing and I will tell anyone looking to buy a home or refinance to get in touch with this local amazing team! Thank you again for helping us find our dream home.

  We are so happy we used Dan Barton at Caliber Home Loans when buying our new house this time around! He and the entire team were wonderful! He was there to walk us through every step in the process, and make changes to things when we needed to/wanted to make them and kept us informed on all updates!   Dan and his team (Donette and Misha) did an exceptional job of helping us finalize the loan for our home. The entire team was responsive, kind, and almost unbelievably fast. Dan's whole team worked so well we actually completed a purchase in just over 2 weeks (signed offer to loan funding)! If we ever have to buy again we definitely know who we'll be working with!

  Against my better judgement I started my refinancing process with a local bank and I am forever grateful for Team Barton when towards the end of my initial refinancing the bank changed their terms on me. Afterwards I reached out to Team Barton explained the situation to them and I have to say they deliver, they deliver on customer service, speed, knowledge, and they communicate and keep you up to date. Keeping me up to date unsolicited is one of the best customer service traits any company can have, and Team Barton excels at this. Moving forward I will be partnering with Team Barton for all my future real estate fundings and deals. Big shout out to Misha who is so gracious, speedy, and knowledgable and to Daniel who knows the industry trustworthy and delivers on his promises. Thank you Team Barton!!   My experience with Caliber Home Loans, specifically Misha and Dan, has been awesome! They are incredible people and helped make this impossibly stressful experience bearable. Misha kept me updated every step of the way and if I needed a pep talk she was the first one to do it! And Dan answered all of my questions (even the hypothetical ones) even when I switched from buying the house with my husband to it just being me they were so helpful and understanding! Misha I adore you! I probably would've crawled into a hole from everything if it weren't for you! I would 100% recommend Dan and Misha to everyone!

  I need 10 stars, not just 5. Dan, Misha and the entire team at Caliber are top notch! The experience from beginning to end was awesome. They work hard for their clients and do everything they can to assist, answer questions, constant communication, and they treat you like family... You name it!!   I just purchased my fist home and I'm glad I went with Caliber. Dan and his team were fantastic to work with. Any question I had I knew I could just reach out and he would respond asap (even over a holiday weekend). Which is essential when you are making offers or trying to close speedily. He made it really easy to navigate the world of home financing and for that I am super grateful.
