  Paul and his team were a blessing to be sure!! Was referred by a close friend and will be referring everyone I know. Paul worked with us for many months and was so patient and kind while we worked to get the home of our dreams. He secured us an amazing interest rate and got us the exact terms we were looking for. Always got back to me quickly with any questions or concerns. Talked with several other mortgage companies and Paul was by far the easiest to talk to and he knew exactly what he was talking about. Loved that he made everything so straight forward. I know we will be using only Cascade North from now on. Thank you Paul!!

  I want to Thank Paul for helping us with our loan process, he is so amazing and knowledgeable always there to answer all our questions, weekends evenings just simply anytime. He is so professional, kind and made the whole process easy. We had two loans going with Paul he was able to close my brothers loan in 8 day (yes 8 days not a typo he is that good). We closed on our loan in 25 days. I recommend will be recommending Paul and his team to all my family and friends. This man knows what he is doing and a always a pleasure talking to him 5 stars hands down
