  If you want to be given ultimatums and to be given guilt trips then by all means go with this business. Oh, and if you want to be charged for a credit report that you never agreed to paying then go with this business. And if you like sending emails at night rather than enjoying time with your family then go with this business. I'm in the process of looking for the best home loan by dealing with several lenders and I have never been treated so horribly and regret ever contacting this company.

  I am lucky enough to work with Mike on a regular basis. As a broker Mike cares for his clients and make sure loans fund on time and correctly. Will always go the extra mile to get things done and is always willing to get involved in jump in. If your in the Colorado area I recommend for asking for Mike directly for your mortgage loans.

  I've worked with Mike on a few mortgage refinances. He offers the best rates and is very easy to work with. Everything is online and very quick. I've done some of my own and also referred family members. The bottom line is if you haven't used Colorado Unified Lending for your mortgage or refinance, I would bet a lot that your rate is higher and you paid too much. Colorado Unified Lending will get you the best rate!
