  My general manager called on Wednesday to make an appointment to have the horn repaired under warranty on our 2019 Kia on the following Tuesday at 9 AM. I was disappointed when I arrived to be told that we did not have an appointment! It was estimated that it would take 3-4 hours to get the car into the shop and then diagnose. I was already in the "get it fixed" mode and didn't want to disrupt another day to take care of it. It took 4 1/2 hours, but got done. The staff was pleasant enough.

  Everyone was friendly and professional. starting with the first call to getting my car back customer service is important to me and the staff was excellent. stopped by to ask about a part for the car at the service desk and was greeted with the same excellent customer service. I feel the staff is the exception these days. Thanks for a great experience.

  MedVed Kia was amazing to work with! I was nervous about buying my first car on my own and Nick made it easy peasy. He brought out a car for me to test drive and then listened to what I needed out of a vehicle. 2nd car he brought out was a perfect fit and I couldn’t be more pleased!   Salesman was very professional. Reason for 2 stars. Management on the other hand are insulting unprofessional used car sales dropout. If you choose to go here be prepared to be treated like a lower lifeform. I drove over an hour to do business here. After an hour of his let's do this and try to get a deal done on their terms not mine, I walked out. Funny it's my money to spend. I would think they would remember that. I gladly took my money elsewhere.
