  I scheduled my repair about a month out and when I finally got there was told that no one ordered the parts necessary, so I now have to wait another 2 weeks for the parts to be ordered. The person who helped me when I came in was very nice and apologetic, but I was frustrated that I booked so far out only for no one to realize that they needed to order the actual parts.

  Charles Osburn’s one of the service managers at the location, and he was great! He was attentive to our needs, and delivered a very high level of customer service. He did a great job of keeping us informed of the status of our vehicle, and did not try and oversell anything. He is a great asset for the Larry H Miller and the main reason why I will keep bringing my business back.

  I called in on a Thursday afternoon after the transmission service light popped up on my car's dashboard. After calling around and discovering most dealerships don't have a transmission tech on hand, Robert was able to confirm Miller Ford did and squeezed me in for an appointment the next morning. After dropping my car off they covered my ride back home. During the day Robert texted updates and I was able to pick up my car that same afternoon. Customer service was clear, communicative, and just all around efficient. I plan on coming back whenever my car needs serviced.

  I have been bringing my car to this dealership for service since I purchased the car and before it became a Larry Miller dealership. I have had some excellent experiences, however in recent times the service has been deteriorating. I had a recall issue that they originally repaired incorrectly then subsequently required 7 additional visits visits in which to properly repair. I bought a set of tires from them. When they experienced excessive wear and required early replacement, the dealership did not return any phone calls or emails requesting information on warranty policies. I purchased tires elsewhere. I talked to both the service manager and general manager and although they listened to my complaint, nothing has seemed to change.

  Overall everything was fine. My only complaint is that I was told you would need my car for 24 hrs so I talked to Corp Ford and and they paid for a rental. However, 2 hrs after I dropped my car off you called to say it was done. In the meantime I picked up the rental and paid $20 for the extra insurance and drove home when I could have just waited for my car. What a waste of time and money.

  Spent over 5 hours at their dealership yesterday. I test drove one truck and wanted this one and only truck. 4 of the hours I spent sitting around while their finance guys ‘shopped around’ my loan. I have a 700+ credit score. Didn’t think it should be that hard. My credit was ran by 5 different banks. 5 different hard inquiries on my credit effectively ruining my credit. I bought the truck but if I could go back and do it all over, I would have gone somewhere else. Bad experience overall. Typical scammy slimy car dealers.
