  no customer loyalty, bought two cars in the past from them.went to buy a third vehicle and they tried to sell me a 13 year old car for 10k with a ridiculous down payment.didnt even try to work with me.

  If you want to get ripped off this is the cat dealership to go to they wanted to sale me a 96 ford pick up for $6,900. When I tried to get my deposit back they kept $200 of it well cause there rip offs put a $1000 down I could of got a way better vehicle just for thst off fb marketplace. Dont do business with them.

  P💩S car I bought it broke down every other month, they claim to give you a warranty, and lie about finding any problems during that timeline, "when it expires" - than they magically find problems! Beware, beware, Manifold gasket was leaking antifreeze - I smelled it; and called dealer, they said bring it in and mechanic & manager looked at it and would say; we can't find anything wrong, ended up costing me $279 + to repair, and than the transmission started slipping, I wish I could give 0 Stars.

  Lisa, I'm sorry that you weren't satisfied with your vehicle or the included warranty. All vehicles require maintenance and spending less than $300 for maintenance in 15 months on a used vehicle doesn't seem out of line.

  What a great place to buy a vehicle. Always willing to go that extra mile. No pressure here. Very supportive. Awesome service shop. Very knowledgeable staff. I recommend this dealer to everyone I know and I will be a loyal customer forever.

  I bought a Volkswagen Passat from these guys in 2013. Since then I have bought a Ford F-250 and my son bought a Dodge Durango from them. The crew there is great! I have since become friends with Karl & Landis. These are guys with integrity & trust!

  Awesome staff from the moment we walked in. Good inventory of vehicles and the process was painless. We were not pressured into something we didn't want or need. Our vehicle is amazing and extremely happy with our purchase!

  Purchased my wife's car here and once I'm done paying it off I will never purchase a car from them again. They are very rude if your one day late on your payment they even send emails and texts to return car or they will take it and threatening with late fees. I really feel like I got scammed from this place. NEVER will I go back.

  Jesse, We appreciate and take seriously all feedback from our customers. We do not discuss individual customer accounts publicly. All of our email and text payment reminders are scripted. They are sent out in accordance to the number of days late a customer's payment is. They are not "threatening" nor do they include or suggest "return the car". When a customer is more than 10 days late, they receive a Notice of Right to Cure. This notice explains the customer's balance, any late fee and the requirements to retain the vehicle. Either our GM or myself would be happy to discuss your account in person or over the phone.

  Landis was amazing he wasnt pushy at all we told what we needed as a family and he got us into a better car then we thought we could own ! He was very respectful of our situation and understand when i was one the phone with the insurance company which was over 2 hours , he pulled a lot of strings to get my family a car ... i would recommend this place to anybody that needed a car right away , no credit check required.
