  I have always had a great experience at this store. It doesn't matter whether I am buying or selling, every person who has ever assisted me has been very friendly and knowledgeable. Given how much everything has gone up in this town, I find their prices to be fair and competitive with other shops. The manager Rayna (I hope I spelled this right) is really helpful and professional. She has helped me more than once and I am always grateful for her assistance. Don't hesitate to go in and check out the great stuff they have.

  I had pawned my laptop with zero intention of selling it. They had always sent me a text message to let me know that a payment was due. December they did not do this. With it being the holidays, a pandemic happening in our country, and online schooling this single mother forgot about it and they conveniently sold it out from under me. Like I said, EVERY month I would get a courtesy text message reminding me that my payment was due. Well since it's Christmas time they thought it was a good time to just put it out of the floor and have it sold. Which it did immediately because it is a newer laptop. Shame on them and shame on me for getting in a bind and taking it to this trashy "business." Lesson learned. Hopefully this review can save someone else from making the same mistake I did.

  Hello Tiara, we are sorry this happened to you, and not sure as to why you didn't receive a text notification. Our loans are due every 30 days, but I also understand time can get away from us. We did not put your item out due to Christmas. We want nothing more then to have our customers get their items back.   Very unintelligent person who did not help us and did not know how to use any of the equipment and was very rude. Will not be going back ever again and hope no one else does either.

  Standard prices on most of their items and they're more willing to push a payment plan to make up for it. but if you need a good laugh you can look at their firearm prices which are on standard $100 to $150 above market value for the new version of that gun with very few exceptions , wherei don't know where they're getting their research from but it's obviously not correct.

  Love this place!!!! Every time I go in they help me with exactly what I need. I’ve been coming here for years and they are always willing to work with you. They call you to remind you of items you have pawned and give extensions as long as you’re working with them! I won’t go anywhere else!

  Compared to the other pawn shops I have been to, I would say this place is the best. The staff have been very nice, helpful and easy to work with. They knew I was a first timer and still gave me excellent service and I didn't feel like I was lowballed in comparison to several other pawn shops on Colfax. Misti J.

  This place sucks! Rude! Looked up a gun on website then drove there to look at it. Walked in the door and guys behind counter asked not how they can help but what do you want? Asked about the gun on website then they say we took it off last week. Was not happy about it and told them I just looked it up today and it was on there. Looked at a "list"of guns no guns asked about another gun on the list and they said it was gone to. I asked if they had any guns? They just looked stupid standing there with thumbs up each others ass's. Was going to take list to other store to find the gun I was looking for but they asked for it back said some guns might get sold and it would not be right I said it's not right now I won't never go back here for nothing even with 90% off. This place sucks!

  Horrible customer service. Lazy employees. They scam you to the fullest. Very disrespectful. Discrimination to the fullest! Damaged my property. Will not allow me to pay on my loaned items making me wait 2 weeks to make a payment so they can get there interest fee. When i first came to them they were wonderful and now all has changed. Looking foward to seeing them close for good! O out of 5 stars for me!

  Poor selection of firearms and electronics. I felt rushed and unwanted in the store. Perhaps a change of staff is in order from management or the owner or perhaps I caught them on an off day.. Either way I have been in much better pawn shops in Colorado and Kansas

  Don't listen to the bad reviews. I almost did not go here because of the bad reviews I saw. However, I went to this place for first time today and these ppl were very friendly, sympathetic, and went out of their way to help me.
