  Uneducated on COVID. Out of courtesy, a positive case within our family was shared as we approached closing. Despite clear CDC guidelines of appropriate discontinuation of isolation, our closing date was cancelled and pushed out further. Even so, upon arrival the office staff were very uncomfortable and forced masking in order to proceed with closing tasks. We did not feel welcome or respected and will certainly choose alternate more professional agency to meet our future needs.

  It is rare to find an employee who cares about their customers or job anymore. It’s almost impossible to find one who goes above and beyond but one the employees here did for us. Ellyson was truly amazing to work with. Not only was she extremely responsive to communication but she went above and beyond to make sure we closed with as little issues as possible.   The closers at Colonial title are excellent they go above and beyond to make sure that the transaction gets closed on time. I have had a call from Ellyson at 8:30 in the evening because she is dedicate and a true professional.
