  I use Bank of Botetourt for both personal and business accounts including checking, money market and retirement accounts and am completely satisfied. Sheila Petty has always gone above and beyond - all of my experiences have been positive. Bank of Botetourt is a local community minded bank that in my experiences puts the customer first. I see Bank of Botetourt actively engaged in the community routinely.

  Bank of Botetourt has been a delight to work with both personally and professionally. We have personal savings and checking accounts here and it is easy to work with the either online or via the drive through. Our business also banks with Bank of Botetourt. They have been very responsive to our changing needs from the moment we started the business with them to making changes on how we handle accounts during COVID. The two things I appreciate most about Bank of Botetourt include: 1) How they fix things. Like any business, sometimes things don't go as planned or perfectly, yet they always address any issues we've had promptly and professionally. They don't try to blame us or another entity, they just handle it. 2) The people at Bank of Botetourt really care. Everyone we have worked with at the bank take serving us personally. In the end, business is people working with people. BoB has the kind of people we like working with!

  Since covid the daleville location has done nothing but get worse and worse with customer service. Or doing what you ask with depositing checks in the correct account,cashing checks or now we have added in not being able to deposit the correct amount thay is written on the checks and spelled out on the checks. And the drive thru seams slower and slower every time. Bank full of employees and we can't keep 2 drive thru moving? I really hope yall improve things ASAP. I'm already looking to move my accounts and money once this covid craps over. And thays honestly the only reason I still bank there is I can't go in and check out other banks. I also love the mortgage depart.ent. ran my credit over 3 months ago and never did anything. 🤦‍♂️
