  Colleen is truly amazing. She was so punctual with all emails, and helped us expedite our closing process! We were first time home buyers, and Colleen did her best to answer any and all of our questions. We shopped around with different companies, and Colleen’s interest rate could not be beat!   Colleen was above and beyond the best mortgage experience I have ever had with buying a new home. The communication was always precise and fast. There was no repetitious requests for documents. Colleen is experienced in the lending world and you will not get lost in a "big bank bubble". One phone call to Colleen and you will be convinced! Our escrow closed two weeks early with docs ready 5 day before closing for us to review!!!! We were over the moon ecstatic with Colleen and her team!

  I have worked with Colleen for years. Before she was a loan officer, she was instrumental behind the scenes with the mortgage process. That previous experience has added value in her role as a mortgage officer. Colleen understands the loan process from beginning to end and uses that knowledge to identify issues before they can arise and derail a sale. She works with mortgage banks who deliver timely loans at competitive rates. Many mortgage officers will add "junk" fees to their loans, but not Colleen. She wants to deliver the right loan at the best price, as she believes in promoting home ownership and value. As a real estate agent, it is important that my loan partners deliver above and beyond service. My reputation is closely tied to the service provided by the lender. I don't offer referrals lightly and Colleen has NEVER disappointed. I cannot recommend her services enough!

  I could not recommend a better lender! I sing Colleen’s praises to everyone who will listen! My husband and I have been in Real Estate 15 years and we have never worked with a more reliable, dedicated and simply amazing lender! It takes away one of the most stressful pieces of a Real Estate transaction knowing she’s our lender! She is extremely on top of EVERY part of the deal! If she says she can close it ... SHE DOES!!
