  I had used Clarke Capital to Refinance my Mortgage and they're Outstanding!! Curtis Clarke, the Manager (Mortgage Broker) did all the necessary paperwork smoothly with error less. He went above and beyond to get the job done without hesitation. The Staffers did an excellent job getting all the documents on time for closing in refinancing my mortgage. Curtis and the staffers were very nice and very pleasant. Clarke Capital is a Service Supreme!! I would recommend Clarke Capital to all my relatives and friends.

  The Team at Clarke Capital has been so helpful from day one when we decided to purchase our first rental property. We did everything electronically thus it was so convenient and fast. They let us know what is needed and give us an idea of what is expected next. We were able to close on our property in 30 days! They are fast, thorough, friendly and provided us with great rates. We worked closely with Curtis and Megan and they answered all or questions and concerns. I would definitely go through them in the future again and would recommend my family and friend to them!

  We recently worked with Curtis and his team at Clarke Capital to secure a loan for our first rental property. Our experience could not have been better.   Clarke Capital helped me to buy the house with good interest rate and in time. Curtis and his team worked personally beyond their limit to some issues raised by the title company and seller. They solved the issues easily with more care and helped me to close the house on time smoothly. I was stress free because of thier wonderful team and professional experience to handle the situations.   Curtis from Clarke Capital is amazing. He saved the day when I was in a bind, getting a really high quote from my original mortgage broker. Curtis was able to work some magic to get my closing costs lowered and then he got me a lower interest rate. He’s very responsive, patient and a kind person to work with. I highly recommend him and his firm for anyone needing broker assurance !

  Curtis was amazing! My home buying situation was very conplex and I lost alot of finance advisors along the way. Curtis not only took on this complicated home buying adventure, but got me approved for a better loan and interest rate. I was referred to him from my brother and sister in law which he assisted on their home purchase as well as their refinancing, and he also refinanced my parents. He's now a family member! I will definetly be coming back to him for future purchases, refinancing, and sending friends and everyone I know. Thank you Curtis and Capital Clarke!

  Had an excellent experience buying my first home with Clarke Capital. Allen Hong was my loan officer and did an amazing job! We got a great deal and even closed a week early, which was extremely important to me as we only had one month left on our lease when we started the process. I will definitely be recommending Mr. Hong and Clarke Capital to any friends/family buying a home!
