  My wife and I closed our house in Central Oregon just a few weeks ago. Chris came highly recommended to us from a previous client of his. Chris was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable in the mortgage loan process. From day one, Chris was very attentive to our needs. He always answered our phone calls (or called us back immediately) making us feel as though we were a priority. He did not hesitate to run many different financial scenarios for us and thoroughly answered our numerous questions. Chris kept us informed during the entire process and we were very satisfied with the outcome of our loan terms. Chris went above and beyond seeking out a lender that best fit our needs, enabling us to secure a loan and close on our home a day early. We would highly recommend Chris Losinger.

  Without regaling an incredibly long story about how we came across Chris, I can easily say that it was luck. My wife and I had been a bit reserved about approaching another home loan, due to rough times during the housing crash. Chris confidently dismissed our fears and worked full time on making sure there was something that could work for us. We were using my VA loan benefits, which in our current housing market were not optimal due to the length of time some of the items require. An offer we made was accepted and the long process began. A month into the process our loan was in jeopardy and we ultimately felt that our deal was over, which was disappointing due to our love for the particular home. However, Chris was not done. He wrote an incredible letter to the sellers stating our position and that this was a good deal for all parties involved. The buyers chose to stick with us and we ultimately closed the deal and now live in our “retirement home”. Chris was incredible and his work ethic is beyond comparison. As we were getting ready to close the deal, Chris was still working on it while he was away on vacation. If he hadn’t already proved himself at this point, his action on vacation secured Chris in our mini hall-of-fame. Chris did more for us than our real estate agent and I wish I could have given him that commission as well. He locked us into a great interest rate and all his figures were accurate. I implore anyone looking for a mortgage broker to just dial up Chris and let him work for you. I can guarantee it will be worth it. He made our dreams come true... The McIntyres

  Chris was a great Loan Officer. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, timely, and respectful. He was willing to take the time to explain all the options at every step of the process and willing to answer all of my endless questions. He was easily reached at all hours and days and was prompt with follow up. I felt in very good hands when working with Chris and would gladly recommend him to anyone else.

  Chris was wonderful to work with! He is extremely responsive and was even able to provide the initial pre-approval letter on a Sunday on sort notice. He is great about keeping you in the loop during the many facets of the lending process and helped ensure everything ran smoothly and closed on time. He is also very good at explaining/clarifying terms and processes in a way that is easy to comprehend, which I greatly appreciated as a first time buyer. He helped me get an interest rate that was lower than other lender initial rates, and offered such rate on the first quote rather than playing negotiation games like other lenders.
