  Natalie was A-MAZING! Absolutely phenomenal. I wish we would have used her for our first home purchase many years ago because it would have been a lot less stressful. She knows her stuff and she takes all the time in the world to explain things to you and answer any questions you have. She makes you feel like you are her only priority and even though I know she is super busy, she never once made me feel rushed. When we talked to her, we got all her undivided attention. We were able to make informed decisions because she was honest about everything and explained anything that we didn't know. Also, BEST communication ever! She walked us through every single step and kept following up with us throughout the process even when there was nothing new to report. She really cares and that's what will make me keep coming back and shout her name from the rooftops to anyone who needs a mortgage lender.
