  Tania and I chose Oswego Mortgage initially during our house purchase here in Oregon in 2014 because they are veteran friendly and ever since then on refinancing. We talk to Tom and he gives us his advice and then his great team makes sure we get connected with all the right people to get the job done right. Amity, Kali, and others steer us through the maze of paperwork. We give them a 5! We have also used them on our home refinances.

He was incredibly responsive with closing cost and mortgage payment estimates when we sent him listings. My wife and I were both very glad we selected Oswego Mortgage to help us with our VA loan!

  This was my 4th time using Tom and his team at Oswego Mortgage. I cannot stress enough how good they are at what they do. Yes, it is a service that costs money and maybe you could do it alone. But in my experience with Oswego they've paid for themselves thanks to their negotiation tactics and advice as well as their ability to find the absolute lowest APR available. That team works for you and are 100% on your side doing everything possible to make sure you are getting the best possible loan. Desiree was an absolute dream to work with as well. They're simply the best at what they do and are worth every penny because they will end up saving you money.

  I highly recommend Tom and his team at Oswego Mortgage. We'd tried to buy a home a few years ago and it just didn't go well. Even this time around, our first broker just couldn't get the job done. From the first meeting with Tom, we felt understood, cared for and confident. We just closed on our new home this afternoon, and I couldn't be happier with Oswego Mortgage.   This was the worst refi I have ever had. We went with them on a recommendation because they “specialize in VA loans”, wheat they specialize in is ripping people off and not disclosing information in a way that somebody who isn’t experienced can understand. My husband started this process and when I was able to take over I completed it. But only after several delays and additional charges that they tried to pass on to us even though they were being paid over 10k from the actual lender for the loan!!! I would not recommend them to the devil himself. I wanted to back out of using them entirely but we were at a point with our new home purchase that we were going to be charged on that end as well and financially were essentially forced to use them. Go somewhere else!!!
