  Kudos to David Baker and Premier Mortgage Resources. David provided outstanding service to my wife Laurie and me on the purchase of our new home. We had been casually checking out the market with our realtor for a new home prior to listing our present home when we found the home of our dreams. We were instantly in a bidding war. When our offer of six figures over listing price was accepted we needed to obtain a bridge mortgage loan for the full seven figure price until we could list and sell our present home. Our realtor introduced us to David Baker at Premier Mortgage Resources who was able to qualify us for a full price mortgage loan including all closing costs within less than 48 hours. During the entire process from approval to closing David Baker provided exceptional personalized service to us. He personally handled all details of this loan. This included David personally making several trips across town to our office during heavy mid day traffic to obtain our signatures on some last minute required paperwork once even picking up my wife who has a broken foot and delivering her to our office for the signing and returning her back home.
