  Our experience with Vantage Mortgage Group was simply fantastic. We had initially never heard of the company and stumbled upon them through Zillow. We were skeptical at first, but almost all reviews received 5 stars so we decided to take a chance. Andy and his team were top notch. We had a ton of questions and they not only answered all of them, but they made our entire refinance process seem simple and easy. It was by far one of our easiest loan/refinance experiences. Not only will we refer Vantage Mortgage Group to friends and family in the future, but we will definitely be contacting them again for our next loan.

  I just finished the refinancing of my home in Happy Valley and Yumi Lynch helped me to complete it from the beginning to the end. She was so knowledgeable about all the details of refinancing and always responsive to the calls or email inquires. She thoroughly explained away any questions that I had. I felt so lucky to find Vantage Mortgage Group and especially Yumi!

  Andy and Vantage Mortgage Group are phenomenal! My wife and I are both currently in the military and the Army decided to move us to Washington where we decided to purchase a home. After shopping multiple lenders, to include all the big names, Vantage Mortgage was the most honest, upfront, helpful lender we could find. Their rates, pricing, and more importantly honest transparency were something to be applauded. They truly look out for the consumer and fight for the best deal all the while walking you through the process and educating you on all the details. Truly can't thank Andy and his team enough.

  Working with Vantage was incredible. As first-time homebuyers, they were with us every step, answering questions and updating us on progress. The seller was in a rush, so our ability to close within a couple of weeks made the purchase possible. On top of that, we got a phenomenal rate on the loan. VMG gave me complete confidence that we were getting the best product possible, and they are 100% responsive, knowledgeable, and ethical.

  First off, I have to say that this team is AWESOME!! Amanda and Liz are the epitome of professional and responsive!! A bit of background- I had paid off all of my debts after selling my old house, but my credit score was still not where I thought it should be. Amanda thought the same thing and did a little digging. She was able to uncover that I had a medical bill that went to collections during my move across the country, unbeknownst to me. She was able to give me amazing guidance on how to get that removed. Once I was able to talk to the collection agency to get that deleted from my record the credit score went up 100+ points!!!! AMAZING! Fast forward to actually putting offers in on houses, yes myriad houses! This team is second to none! If I asked them to run numbers on this property or that property I knew that those numbers would be waiting in my inbox in a timely manner. They were there to talk to the listing agents to make sure they were representing us as best as possible. This made a difference and I believe that it was one reason the sellers accepted our offer. They always had kind, supportive words to get us through this crazy Portland market. Even when we were rejected 4 other times they kept telling us that "the right house is out there and you will find it!" As hard as it was to accept the rejection they kept us going. Now on to the Corona-virus craziness! This team called me multiple times as rates were bouncing all around once the offer was accepted. They gave me all the information I needed to make educated decisions on the best product. Once I decided to lock in they took over and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Even when there were some things that might have delayed our closing they kept in contact and we were able to bring this 11 month adventure to a close (figuratively and literally!!). I highly recommend this team as they are there to make sure you get what makes sense to you and your situation!

  Andy and Team helped me procure my first home. I had no idea what I was doing but they handled everything and walked me though it with ease. The customer service they provided made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Most of my questions I asked through email and would get a response or a phone call within minutes.   I have gone through a home buying process and now a refinance with Liz & Amanda and both times were a great experience. They are quick to reply and get everything done, very helpful with answering all my questions and I felt very taken care of during the process. Getting a loan and refinance can be stressful and things come up that aren't expected. It's important to have help with those unknowns and feel trust with the team helping you. I would highly recommend this team and will absolutely reach out to work with them for any future financing needs.
