  When I come in it's always a fast service. All staff are always nice and smiling. Everything is and has always been explained to me clearly so that I know exactly what's going on. I recommend this location to anyone who needs a loan for whatever reason it is for.

  The rudest customer service person I have literally ever encountered. I am nothing short of friendly and walked in and went up to the desk to see if I had to fill out any paperwork before being seen. The woman didn't even say hello, just "There's people ahead of you". I was well aware there were people ahead of me and I let her know that I wasn't trying to cut the line or anything like that, I was just wondering if I had to fill out any forms before being seen. Again, she tells me "there's people ahead of you". At this point I'm embarrassed about how rude she's being to me and I simply asked if I had to fill out any paperwork. She says yes. I ask where I can find it and she says "Me". I'm just uncomfortable so I sit down. There is absolutely no reason for this woman to be so harsh to anyone in front of a room full of people. It was rude and awful.

  Very poor customer service. The lady is cold hearted and talks to you as if you are scum for wanting a loan. No personality just cut and dry. They take all if your information knowing that I wouldn't get approved for a loan due to having a pay day loan out with another company. She waited until I filled out all of my personal information, made copies of my social security card, blank check, check stubs and ID just to say no you not approved because you have another loan. How humiliating. So now all of my personal information is thereion file. So now I assume the company can just sell my information and my identity given over to who ever. I cried for 30 minutes upon leaving here. As if life isnt rough enough. Working multiple jobs and have to be treated like scum just because I have fallen on hard times. This is good old America for you.
